Mr. Hermer-Fried is an Associate Attorney who focuses his practice on complex litigation. His cases range from representing national landlords and shopping centers in commercial disputes to handling class action lawsuits in fair housing and discrimination law. He also represents leading real estate brokerage companies in license law and commission disputes. He has been quoted in Business Insider and Law360 as a legal analyst.

Mr. Hermer-Fried earned his Juris Doctor from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, where he served as a Senior Articles Editor for the Journal of International Business & Law and was awarded the Gold Public Service honor. Prior to law school, Mr. Hermer-Fried graduated from Boston University with a B.S. in Communications and a specialization in Advertising.
