Having worked in both the public and private sectors, Nick brings a well-rounded perspective to his practice. He began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney, where he gained extensive courtroom experience and developed a strong foundation in litigation.
In private practice, Nick has continued to excel, achieving remarkable success with 40 wins out of 43 trials. His expertise spans a wide range of legal matters, from handling complex commercial disputes to navigating employment law challenges. Nick is known for his skill in depositions, oral arguments, and crafting tailored legal strategies that deliver results for his clients.
Nick represents a diverse array of clients, including individuals, businesses, and insurance carriers. He earned his Juris Doctor from Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University.
