Our Story

Lieb at Law, P.C. was founded in 2008 by Attorney Andrew M. Lieb, who transformed his father’s general practice and personal injury firm, which had long served locals and businesses on the East End of Long Island, into a multidisciplinary complex litigation law firm with a national reach. What began as a small community practice evolved into a powerhouse litigation and trial team trusted by individuals, regional businesses, and publicly traded companies across the United States.

From navigating discrimination in the workplace, schools, and housing to resolving complex business conflicts and addressing employment law matters, we go where friction exists. Our attorneys are licensed to practice in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Colorado, appearing in both state and federal courts, as well as before regulatory agencies, real estate boards, and arbitration companies. We also appear pro hac vice when clients need us locally.

Our Practice

At Lieb at Law, P.C., we litigate commercial disputes, real estate brokerage claims (commission, fiduciary duty, and ethics), breach of contract cases, title claims, commercial landlord-tenant evictions, mortgage foreclosure actions, plaintiff's personal injury, as well as all employment matters, such as harassment, wage and hour claims, and whistleblower cases.
